Sutton House Hotel is a privately owned, family run, 2 Star Hotel recommended by the AA. It is situated in the conservation area of Hunstanton in a Peaceful  leafy avenue facing west towards the coast. Stunning sunsets and sea views from both rooms and restaurant make this budget hotel very hard to beat.

The quality of service and facilities within Sutton House Hotel have been formally recognised by two awards, The English Tourism Council 3 Diamond Award and The AA 3 Diamond Award. The emphasis at Sutton House is peaceful relaxation.

The building has been a Hotel since 1927 and was originally the home of Henry Style Le Strange during the late 1800’s. This impressive 3 story property offers comfortable, classically furnished rooms with colour TV and full en-suite and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms have wonderful sea views. There is a Snug Bar and a delightful dining room set with fresh flowers all year and views over Boston Square and the nearby coast.

Within 3 minutes walk is Hunstanton Sailing Club, offering launch and cleaning facilities. Excellent sailing is available at all tidal states. Hunstanton is a safe and popular location for windsurfing and kite surfing

We have a total of 8 rooms, including a Family Room at the top of the Hotel. Unfortunately the Family Room facilities are not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

Situated at the front of the Hotel is our Sun Deck (and boy do we get the sun on it!). During the afternoon and evening there is no better place to wind down with a ‘Sundowner’ at the end of  the day, chat to new found friends and make your plans for the next day exploring wonderful West Norfolk.
 
There is off-street parking for 4 vehicles on the Hotel frontage and free parking directly opposite in Boston Square. To the side of the Hotel is hard standing suitable for motorcycle parking, a paddock stand and covers are available as are washing facilities for vehicles.Whilst on the subject of transport, if you make use of an electric buggy we have a charging facility located at the rear or the property with secure storage.
